JRP PLASTERING has been serving all of San Diego County As a Licensed and Bonded company since 1992. Prior to starting JRP, Our President and operations manger Joseph R. Posladek trained as an apprentice since the age of 16 and learned this trade from the inside out. Starting with installation of lath and water proofing, he eventually became one of north county's leading journeyman plasterers.
With a respected background knowledge and hands on experience, he has perfected his trade and has strived to educate and train his staff, keeping his company performing to the best and highest standards possible.
JRP has been approved as a Synergy Applicator, also known in the Industry as EIFIS applicator. JRP is also certified and uses acrylic fibered cement and All Rapid Set cements for when time saving is a factor. To this date Joeseph still continues to produce and over see all jobs and keep up with all current products to provide the best outcome for every job.
With extensive experience in custom and commercial projects as well as remodeled homes JRP has been providing a service that has been unmatched by many of its competitors.
