And here is what we have found.
When a homes exterior is in need of cleaning up painting is one option how ever painting does not fill, level or repair it only goes over top of what you have and cracks or holes typically get spackled or caulked, and the end result is a shiny painted surface with noticeable repairs from foreign materials other than stucco its self. Also if a home has some moisture damage do to irrigation or wet locations painting does not do well and it tends to trap water inside your walls longer and deteriorating your homes integrity as well as the moisture will eventually cause the paint to blister flake within a short time.
A Restucco can restore your homes original look and feel as well as change the texture and color! As well as repair and level areas and bond and fill cracks!
